Tsitsi Rupende is a results-driven legal practitioner with strong commercial acumen and a multidisciplinary background that enables her to deliver practical, business-focused legal solutions. She holds an LL.B. degree from the University of KwaZulu-Natal (South Africa), a Master of Business Administration from the University of East London (United Kingdom), and a Master’s degree in Intellectual Property and Technology Law from the University of Zimbabwe. She was admitted to practice law in Zimbabwe in 2017.
With experience spanning both corporate and private practice, Tsitsi brings a unique understanding of the legal, commercial, and operational realities faced by businesses and individuals. Before joining B. Ngwenya Legal Practice, she served as a Legal Advisor in a property development company, where she built specialised expertise in property development and construction projects, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance. Her exposure to the corporate environment also fostered a strong interest in company secretarial and compliance services.
After transitioning into private practice, Tsitsi joined a leading Harare law firm as an Associate, where she gained substantial experience in commercial litigation and advisory work. She currently advises clients across a diverse range of practice areas, including family law, estate administration, insolvency law, intellectual property law, property management, conveyancing, and notarial practice. She is duly registered with the Estate Agents Council of Zimbabwe (EACZ) and the Council of Estate Administrators and Insolvency Practitioners of Zimbabwe (CEAIP).
Tsitsi is steadily expanding a focused construction law practice, providing strategic legal support to contractors, subcontractors, developers, property owners, and design professionals. She is known for her client-centric approach, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering efficient, commercially sound outcomes that protect her clients’ interests and add measurable value.
